If you want to print your own decoupage sheets you will need a ink- jet or lazor printer as normal printers will eat ink, also good quality paper at least 120gram colour lazor paper or photo paper Below are a few site where you can download decoupage as jpeg form

This is a great site for decoupage with matching backgrounds and inserts
Here is a link for template for baby Boy/Girl booties, little tip make the little pips you cut out bigger as it's much easier to glue them together, just turn a sheet of pretty paper over to print on reverse and cut out, hope this helps
